How do I specify what images I want designed?

What's included in an order? Every custom order comes with a minimum of two graphics: a "main graphic" to keep on the screen throughout worship, and a "background graphic," which is similar to the main graphic, but designed for text, such as songs, scripture or sermon points. return to top

How do I specify what images I want designed? A custom design should not be some automated web-based process. You will communicate one-on-one with Jeremy and you will keep communicating back and forth throughout the design process. If you don't like the first draft, adjustments will be made so that you get exactly what you're looking for. return to top

How big are the images? Our preference is to optimize the images at 800x600 pixels. (72 dpi) We can go larger, but even the best projectors show no noticeable difference between images at this size and larger images. Knowing that, why waste hard drive space with larger images? However, if you'd like larger images, let us know in advance, and we can provide them. return to top

What do the custom designs cost? Custom designs cost $55.00 per theme. The theme includes the main image, and 1 or 2 background images. This design cost is paid up front when you schedule the design. return to top

What about refunds? When you schedule custom graphics, we will respond within 48 hours (usually MUCH sooner) to confirm your request and begin to discuss design ideas. On rare occasion, we may receive a request that poses design challenges due to photography limitations, or other logistical problems. If this is the case, we will discuss with you other alternatives for your design. If, after dicsussing alternatives, we are unable to come up with a satisfactory plan, either party may opt for a refund. This has only been an issue twice since 2001, but it is a remote possibility which we reserve the right to exercise when necessary. In other words, we'll come up with a plan for images you like, or you'll receive a full refund. However, once we've settled on a design concept and the design process begins, no refunds can be made. return to top
